Welcome to the Hormone Reset Program (the “Program”) by Mohana Health. By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Additional Terms

Your use of the Program is also subject to any policies or rules posted on our website, including Mohana’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you later agree to a Research Consent, its terms will also apply. All such policies and rules are considered part of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Hormone Reset Program is an educational and informational program designed to provide guidance on perimenopause and hormonal health. The Program may include:

health and lifestyle assessments
educational content, including studies, articles, videos, and guides
personalized recommendations for lifestyle and nutrition strategies

Important: The Program is for information and education only. It is not a medical service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mohana encourages you to share any information from the Program with your doctor or other qualified health professional for further guidance.

3. No Medical Advice

The content in the Program (collectively, “Content”), including any assessments, reports, or recommendations, is provided for educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be interpreted as such.

The Program does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

4. Eligibility

The Hormone Reset Program is intended for adults (18+) assigned female at birth. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Your Account

To participate in the Program, you may need to create an account on Kajabi and on Mohana's private companion platform. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.

6. Charges and Billing

Participation in the Program requires payment of the program fee. By providing payment information, you authorize Mohana to charge you for the Program. Prices are subject to change, except for active subscriptions. All applicable taxes (GST/QST) are included in the program fee.

7. Limitations on Use

You agree not to:

Interfere with the operation of the Program
Copy or redistribute Program Content for commercial purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the Program

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By participating in the Program, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Ownership and Use of Content

All Program content is the property of Mohana Health or its licensors. You may use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, including sharing it with your healthcare provider. You may not copy, distribute, or use the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Program may contain links or references to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Mohana is not responsible for third-party content or transactions. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. No Warranty

The Program and all its materials are provided for educational purposes. While we strive to ensure that all information is based on high-quality scientific evidence for accuracy and reliability, and is up-to-date, individual results may vary. The Program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we encourage you to discuss any health changes with your qualified healthcare provider.

While Mohana Health strives to provide a safe and reliable Program and Platform, you use it at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any unintended issues such as loss of data, changes in personal outcomes, or unauthorized access to your account. We recommend taking appropriate precautions, such as backing up your personal notes and importantly, keeping your login information secure.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mohana Health from claims or damages arising from your use of the Program, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of Content.

14. Modification of Terms

Mohana may update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec province (Canada) without regard to conflict of law principles.
